ROCKET ACADEMIC MEMBERSHIP POLICIESWe want our families to always feel clear and confident about how our memberships work. Please take a moment to review the policies below.📄 REGISTRATION FEE
- A one-time registration fee of $80 is charged at the time of enrollment.
- This fee will not be charged again as long as your child remains an active member.
- Families may freeze their membership for up to 2 months and keep their active status.
- Freezing membership may occur once in a 12 month span, starting on their registration date.
- If a membership is cancelled and later re-started, a new registration fee will apply.📄 MONTHLY ENROLLMENT & PAYMENTS
- Rocket Academic accepts credit or debit card payments only.
- Monthly tuition is charged on the 1st of each month for that month’s scheduled sessions.
- Payments not completed by the 8th of the month are subject to a $15 late fee.
- Membership fees are calculated on a 48-week year. There are 4 weeks with no classes:
- Spring Break
- Thanksgiving week
- Christmas week
- New Year’s week📄 MEMBERSHIP STATUS
- Membership is continuous until a written cancellation request is submitted via our Membership Change Form.
- Cancellations must be received by the 10th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month.
- Memberships with balances overdue by more than 10 days will be cancelled, and a new registration fee will apply upon re-enrollment.
- An active membership in good standing is required to receive membership benefits.
- Membership fees are not prorated for missed classes; however, make-ups are available (see below).📄 WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
- Rocket Academic runs year-round.
- To withdraw, submit a Membership Change Form by the 10th of the month. Membership will remain active through the last day of that month. Forms submitted after the 10th will result in a charge for the following month.
- No refunds are given once a charge has been processed (exceptions: money-back guarantee or free class offers).
- For trial offers, tuition must be paid in full at registration.
- Money-Back Guarantee: If after the first class (and before the second class) you are not completely satisfied, you may withdraw and receive a full refund. Applies to first-time registrations only.
- Free Classes: From time to time, Rocket Academic may offer free class promotions. These apply only if currently available and only for first-time registrations.
- Disputed charges through a financial institution are considered a breach of agreement and may result in penalties, collection fees, legal action, and/or termination of services.📄 TUTOR SUBSTITUTIONS
- If a tutor is unavailable due to illness or emergency, Rocket Academic may provide a qualified substitute.
- If no substitute is available, a make-up class will be scheduled within two weeks.
- In the event of severe weather (e.g., flooding, tornado warnings), Rocket Academic may cancel classes for safety reasons. A make-up class will be offered within two weeks.📄 ATTENDANCE & TARDINESS
- Regular attendance and punctuality are very important to your child’s success.
- Tardiness beyond 15 minutes may be considered an absence.
- There are no refunds or tuition adjustments for missed classes.
- Make-up classes may be available depending on your membership level.

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If you cancel before this deadline:
Your spot will be opened up for another student.
